Victors has always been very responsive to our landscape needs. All of the staff that we come in contact with have been great...from the office to the acct supervisor to the crew that comes and does the work. We have used Victors for 16 years and are very happy.

I have known Victor and his company for over thirty years. He is my "go to " person for all things landscaping. I first met him when he was just starting this company. He has always been professional, always cleans up the worksite leaving it in a pristine condition, and he and his team are just a joy to work with.

We were very happy with the work. The sprayer took the time to spray all of the weeds, checked with us to see if we wanted to keep the wild primroses, etc. when he was finished, he informed us so we could relock the gate to back yard.

Jason did excellent work and consulted with us as needed to determine the optimal location for new plants, and where irrigation changes were needed. We also appreciated the fact that new plants were very healthy.

We have some bushes along our back wall (about 7 feet tall, 7 feet deep, and 25 feet long) that I normally spend a full day pruning each winter and another day moving to the front for the (now discontinued) bulk trash pickup. Victors crew had it done in about an hour! PLUS they got rid of all the little weeds in the front yard AND cleaned up the leaves from our olive tree. Saved my tired old back a lot of work! I'll have them back next month to spray the olive tree and again later for some tree pruning.

We have Victor's Landscaping spray our olive tree every year to reduce the amount of olives it produces. Very happy with their sevice. Last summer the shrubs in front of our house succumed to aphids. These were 20 year old Indian Hawthornes with very large trunks and deep roots. In less than an hour the Victor's team had all 20 feet removed and the ground raked. The even raked up the olive leaves from the gravel and pruned another 20 feet of Yellow Bells in the back yard from 8 feet tall down to 4 feet. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service before and during the process of fixing my drip system in both my front and back yard. Victor came to my home to see what needed to be done and made some good suggestions. The workers were knowledgeable, professional and and worked steady. They were friendly and easy to communicate what I needed done. They came prepared and did not dawdle. The office manage was also wonderful, putting up with my constant questions and emails. While I did not read the estimate closely, I have learned to be more diligent for the future and ask about procedures. I highly recommned Victor's as a reasonalbly priced and professional service. I have recommended Victor's to my neighbor who used them for a front yard drip problem.

We had Victor's update our front and back yards in South Tempe. We are very pleased with the work they did. We worked with Ana to design and pick out plants. We were looking for low water use desert plants. She offered a great selection for us to chose from. The crew that did the demo work, planting, sprinklers and rock were great. Jose and his crew were prompt, professional, effiecent and pleasant to work with. We will now also be using their crew for monthly maintenance and have high hopes that they won't disappoint. But as of now we highly recommend Victor's for your landscaping needs.

Overall, I had a great experience with the technician who fixed the leak in my yard. I wish he had checked for any other leaks in the irrigation system. A few days later, I noticed other areas of the yard that had water pooling, and it would have been nice if he did a quick check on the entire yard.

As part of our annual routine for our olive tree we called Victor's Landscaping to spray the tree to prevent olives. John arrived as scheduled, covered our turf & nearby bushes with tarps and quickly sprayed our rather large tree. It's always nice to see a familiar face year after year so you don't have to explain your concerns every time. John is always friendly & professional and we can rest assured that he will do an excellent job.

We are extremely satisfied with the landscaping design projects completed over the past two years. It is particularly helpful to have Drew Snyder visiting our property on occasion and checking on plant health, irrigation system schedule, and so on. We are less happy with the landscaping maintenance service. We rarely get a response to questions emailed to the staff person overseeing our service plan. The crew that comes out these days seems in a hurry to get the job done . . . always leaving within 20-30 minutes of arrival and the yard is never cleaned to our satisfaction. This was NOT the case when we first initiated the landscaping maintenance service back in June of 2022. If the quality of service does not improve, we probably will look into alternative companies for 2024 and beyond.

Email notifications are hit and miss. This last time, I was not notified that my yard was to be serviced. Receiving this survey is what tipped me off. I checked my yard and saw that the rear had been sprayed. I can't tell if the front was treated.

Victor's Landscaping has provided superb monthly maintenance of my front and back yards for the past 16 months. I have two small trees, 30 shrubs of various sizes, and no grass. I stated my preferences early on, and appreciate how little oversight I've had to provide since. They do an amazing job of trimming, dictated by season. I especially like that they give my flowering shrubs a chance to bloom rather than hacking them down to woody balls! All of this is done without drama or hassle. Timely arrival and generally complete job. Just missed the finishing touches, like consistent height of interior bougainvilles and and exterior oleanders. Pieces still sticking up on west and north bougainvillea. Pictures available. Good clean up, no invoice yet. Will resolve minor issues next visit. Issues were not discussed with workers this time, not certain when trimming was done. A bit pricey for service based on prior experience.

I have monthly service with Victor’s. They clean up my front and backyard, trim trees and bushes, do any necessary weeding and spot check the irrigation system. It’s done quickly and the results are very good. I have little trouble contacting the office and arranging for any other work that needs to be done.

Ana is completely dependable in terms of scheduling trim pruning/trimming services and provide quality landscaping designs in a timely manner.

The ground crew were great and deserve 5 stars. They were timely, pleasant, and through. Wesley makes an extra effort to communicate and explain what was done etc. My only complaint is the lack of communication in regard to how you bill, and scheduling. I mentioned this to a couple of the girls of the office staff. If a customer is new to the company it is especially confusing. I would think it a simple task to have a paper drawn up to explain the multitude of different invoices sent to our e-mail and how and when they need to be paid. It could be sent via e-mail as the first communication after a customer has contacted Victor's and are considering using their service, Also - several times during the service period I was surprised by the doorbell ringing and someone being here to work. Even after my complaining an appointment day was sent but no window of arrival was given. I will continue to use and recommend the company in hopes the above complaints are improved.

Drew installed my new controller, answered all my questions, and gave me a thorough, easy to understand demonstration on how to use the app for best results.

The experience was quite positive. Drew is well informed, competent and efficient. He was patient and deliberate while explaining the App interface. And he took the time to describe ways that my irrigation system might be improved with no pressure at all that I immediately act upon those suggestions. A written assessment of my system and suggested improvements/repairs will follow. A high quality experience.

Victor arrived early morning, explained how he would cover the artificial turf & bushes, then carried out the spraying. About an hour later he rang the doorbell again, having packed all his tarps, gave me a slip showing how much chemical he had used and was on his way. Fast, curteous, professional, and reasonable price.

It was my sprinkler control box in the ground that was leaking badly. The poor guy had his hands in icy water up to his elbows on a 40 degree day - without complaint!

Great job trimming all the trees

The crew cut down and removed a tree in our backyard. Very fast. However, i could not give 5 stars as they damaged a pomegranate tree in the process.

These guys are GREAT! Just tell them what you need done, iIt has always come out very well for us.

Victor’s added new plants to our landscaping. They ensured that they were evenly placed, that the irrigation worked, and the place was cleaned up. The crew was friendly and helpful too.

This last trip was the best out of all because the worker was extremely friendly and listen to what I needed to have done and completed the task except he couldn’t do the two last things until the next day which actually wouldn’t of taken very long it was only like a 10 minute thing if that. But because of all the bad visits I cannot rate higher than a five I’m just kind of averaging it all out

My husband and I have used Victor's several times in the past. It is a very professional company. This time they added artificial turf and new plants in our courtyard. As in the past, they did an excellent job. The workers arrived at the expected time. They efficiently did the work, and they cleaned everything up. At he beginning, they helped with the design, and they were very helpful throughout the project. We needed to make several changes, and this did not cause any problems. The price for the renovation was reasonable. The office staff is easy to get ahold of, and our calls and emails were answered promptly. We will use them again if another project is planned. We highly recommend them.

For the price, I would have liked a few 5 gallon plants. These are small & none are in bloom. It will be a while yo see the full effect & whether that will be during the warranty. They were planted before installation of the steps & a few were stepped on & suffered breakage. I am thrilled with the steps-beyond my expectations. I love the path lights. Very high end. My bottlebrush tree has never looked better. Crew was great. Kept me informed, were respectful & hard working. Have had positive reviews & comments from friends, neighbors & the HOA..

This is our second tree removal and replacement with Victor's. His team also installed a Rachio wifi irrigation controller for us previously. Their work has been very good and they were able to move us up in the schedule when this tree needed to be removed. We had a delay due to a stubborn stump and an already booked stump grinder bu we worked around that. I learned from the first experience that I need to be proactive and move my drip lines and low voltage lines to protect them. All in all a very good experience and we will continue to use their services.

Victor's landscaping crews are reliable and on time. They have pruned trees, installed irrigation, and provide routine landscaping for us. We recently had two larger trees pruned. The tree crew asked about our concerns as well as the preferred aesthetic; we are pleased with the results and relieved they were able to get it done before the monsoons hit. Victor's also provides routine landscaping for us. Sometimes the shrubs are pruned to look like pin-cushions while I prefer a natural shape, but overall a very good experience. The office staff are also very polite and responsive. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide a higher level of service and you will certainly get your money's worth. We will be continuing to contact Victor's for all our landscaping projects.

The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful and got his job completed in one hour diagnosing the leakage is in my irrigation system and fixing them. The only hassle is is that you have to pay online and you get charged a percentage for using a debit or credit card. I paid by using Zell. A lot of seniors do not have access to a computer nor do they know how to do this and it isn’t fair to charge a fee that should be built inI don’t like the fact that somebody charge us a fee so that I can conveniently use a credit card when I have to pay for some thing online. Or they should be able to come to your home and except a check or cash but you cannot do this with this company it Has to be pre-paid! I would give them five stars as it was it for this. I’m only 66 but I’m getting sick and tired of every business going to online everything. What happened to the days when you could call somebody and they would come out to your house and you would pay them?

After several attempts to find Landscape service for a commercial property. I finally found Victor's and the experience has been professional and positive.

Their guys accidentally broke my sprinkler on their first visit, but they sent an inspector to make sure it was their guys a couple days later and had it fixed immediately, but besides that they have done an amazing job on our lawns and trees and have kept in constant communication which is more than I can say for every other landscaper I tried to hire prior to them.

Victors Landscaping crew always does a fantastic job, even when it is horribly hot and humid out. I like the fact they clean up everything and haul it away....I can't even imagine having to do all that myself. I have been using them for a long time, decades, and would highly recommend them.

The main issue was with the sprinklers...they cut through some spaghetti drip line when they were grinding a tree stump and must not have tested all the lines before the grass was down...had a few issues with some other individual sprinklers as well...other than that, the grass looks great so far

Looking for Landscapers in Phoenix can be tough. Despite seeing them pretty much everywhere, getting one to actually show up, or even on the phone can seem downright impossible. Victor's set the initial impression pretty high when they not only picked up the phone on the first try, but their estimator showed up on time (and not in a "4-hr window". They came in with a competitive bid and I decided to go with them. Their crew was polite and efficient, everyone I spoke to in the office or through email was great to communicate with, and best of all the yard looks amazing. The whole project wrapped extremely close to the initial estimate. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Staff listen to your concern and make positive changes. Drew explains what modifications he has made to the sprinkler system. Im always notified when new grass is being installed.

Victors trim my tree at least one a year. This time i used them for irrigation repair. We got off to a shaky start, but it all turned put great. Randall was a great technician and explained what was needed any why,

we had a leak in the drip system under some brick pavers. Victors sent out a knowledgeable rep who fixed the issue, and had to do quite a bit of work. I felt the invoice was fair.

Victors recently trimmed 6 Queen Palm trees, including one that was close to a power line. The work crew showed up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up the trimmings.

Victor’s has been treating my property for weeds for 2 years. What was once an out of control problem has been virtually eliminated with only the occasional weed now and again, which Victor’s comes out and Sprays at no additional cost to me. Love the service!

I'm pleased with the overall service and the regular scheduled maintenance, and prompt follow up with the administrative office. I do however, feel that some of the suggested services can be done with an email with a bit more tact.There have been suggestions for additional tree trimming or thinning services (with an attached invoice), which I felt were a bit expensive. I also requested that the weeds/extended grass overgrowth from the curbing in the backyard, be pulled - and was met with a suggestion for weed service with an attached invoice. I'm pleased with services overall; and appreciate suggested services, I think that these should warrant a phone call if possible to discuss pricing.

But one thing I wished was to send out a rep for a consultation and not just have someone come out and look at the yard when I was not there and decide how they would maintain things. The last visit was not up to my expectations. However they don't know what those are because they never asked. I guess they don't do that on small accounts

The gentlemen work very efficiently.......but I was expecting 3 men. There is still a small area of stuff to haul away and the third man could have gotten it. Otherwise, I am happy.

There were a couple of issues to an otherwise good experience. There was not enough time allotted the technician to fix all the issues on the initial visit. When he showed up to finish the job I wasn't notified. Luckily I was home.

The workers did a very good job including cleanup. The office staff was good, but slow on setting up a date to schedule the job.

Victor personally came to our home to assess not just our landscaping "wants", but offered suggestions beyond what we thought we needed. All of Victor's suggestions proved to be more efficient which reduced the amount of work we thought we needed. As a result, expected costs were reduced for this job. Victor is very knowledgeable about landscaping, planting, irrigation, tree trimming (he is a certified arborist, no "lollipop" trees or topping-off.). Each team of workers explained up-front what and how the job will be done to make sure everything was done as previously agreed in the proposal Upon completion of the job, an inspector from Victor's Landscape came out to review and asses the completed job. Victor's construction crews, job management and customer service were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The needs, care and information Victor gave to us from beginning to end was better than many doctors and surgeons offer to their patients. Overall, the landscape job is perfect. You are doing fine, only 1 problem, I would like to see a live person once in a while

I appreciated the professional crew, their quick work, and the fact that they cleaned up what fell into the pool. They are very busy (which is probably a sign of their good work), so it took a week to get them in to trim one palm tree. Plan ahead when you need their services! Only one small item of concern: they had to remove a lawn art/wind feature from the ground in front of the tree. One of the workers tried to jam it back into the ground when they were done and I stopped him before he broke it. Might be a good idea to remove any decorative items from the area before they arrive.

Only think I don't like is that there is no commutation through the phone, it is all emails.

I was very pleased with the technician (I'm sorry, I can't recall his name) who did the new plantings recently. He did a great job, left no mess, checked the drip system and made needed adjustments, and even checked an unrelated concern for us.

The gentleman you sent toi install the irrigation controls needed was quiet, efficient and instructed us on how to use the equipment. However, our request was to have the lines flushed and any leaks repaired. We had to point out the leak that we were aware of, which he did repair,. When we asked about flushing the lines he told us how to do that by removing the top of the bubblers and pulling out any debris in the lines. We actually expected him to do that job.

We have used Victor's Landscaping for at least ten years. Their service is very reliable and their office staff and yard workers always try to please. The cost of their service is certainly worth the money that we pay them.

I had a number of items done at my house at one time. They did the overseeding very well and programmed everything great. My lawn is already coming in. They didn't get all of the smaller weeds while they were clearing out the weeds themselves during the clean up i paid for. I also had requested an preventative weed spray but still have not received an appointment call even though. Easy to pay and will continue to use them. Just small issues keeping it from a five.

This was my first time using Victor's Landscaping for my yard maintenance. The crew leader was professional, efficient, and communicated well. Overall, they did a good job but lacking a bit on cleanup after trimming bushes (which I performed afterward). The crew is given a strict schedule (e.g., 2 hrs) to complete a property, so only the most needed plants were in scope for this month's visit. I agreed not to pay for an extended time frame and am okay with this approach. They are hard workers and seem to know about plant care. So far, so good.

Even though we only have a quarterly cleanup the crew is always on time, very professionally dressed, and go right to work. We usually have a few requests for extras, such as an extra trim on one or two plants and they go right to it. We have recommended them to friends, which is something we rarely do....we have no reservations on doing that.

I like the way they do the work but I do have a problem with the weed control program of doing the pre-emergent and post emergent at same time which I feel is double dipping on the one service day. Crew arrived at time specified, removed two large trees, and did a good job cleaning up the work area such that it looks like nobody was there.

The service was limited to a consultation on my irrigation system. Drew patiently reviewed everything, adjusted the watering schedule, provided a tutorial on setting the clock and checked the emitters.

The technician who came to my home for an estimate did so efficiently and was quite helpful in my follow-up contact. I felt both he and the technician who returned for the job were knowledgable, helpful, and appreciative of my business. I had actually spoken with the on-site technician several weeks earlier when he was spraying another home in my neighborhood. I was so impressed by what he explained to me on that date, that I decided to have my yard sprayed professionally for the first time in 23 years! I put my husband out of a "therapeutic?" hula-hoe job here at home, but his disappointment it is well worth the money!

Very professional. They cut a 25' tree, stump grind and cleanup in approx 40 minutes. They showed up on time, they efficiently did their job, cleaned the entire area and where done. I keep coming back to Victor's because they do every job, large and small in the same manor. I would recommend Victor's Landscaping to anyone.

Repair was taken care of within a week. Would recommend better communication with the customer as to when the repair will take place. It took 3 business days for a response, and I've been a regular customer for several years.

I am particularly impressed by the period visit of one of the managers to be sure everything is being done up to VLInc. standards.

Great value and service. I have the monthly yard maintenance and it's worth the money. The guys always do a nice job and the customer service is done right. Just pay your bill on time or the owner will call and threaten to turn you into collections on the same day his AR staff notifies you of the past due amount.

The landscaping crew comes out monthly and does a great job cleaning up my yard and troubleshooting problems with plants, trees, and the drip system. When I've called with problems they're out at my house quickly diagnosing and fixing what's wrong. Highly recommended.
